T20 World Cup 2022 will start from 16 October 2022 and its final match will be played on 13 November 2022. This time a total of 45 matches will be played in the World Cup, which includes 2 semi-final matches and a final match. In this post we are going to show you the schedule of T20 World Cup 2022.
T20 World Cup 2022 will have two rounds in which a total of 8 teams will play in the first round and a total of 12 teams will play in the second round. The 8 teams of Round 1 include Sri Lanka, Namibia, UAE, Netherlands, West Indies, Scotland, Zimbabwe, Ireland.
Apart from this, if we talk about the second round Super 12, then there will be the top 4 teams from round 1 and 8 more teams apart from it, which includes the names of New Zealand, Australia, England, Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and South Africa.
The first match of T20 World Cup 2022 will be played between Sri Lanka and Namibia on 16 October.
Team India will play a total of 5 matches in the league round.
India’s Vs Pakistan first match of T20 World Cup 2022 in the tournament will be with Pakistan on 23 October in Melbourne.
After this, the second match of Team India will be played on 27 October in Sydney with the runner up of Group A. In its third match, the Indian team will take the field against South Africa on 20 October.
In the fourth match, India will face Bangladesh in Adelaide on November 2.
In their last and fifth league match, Team India will take on the winning team of Group B in Melbourne on 6 November.
The final match of the T20 World Cup will be played on 13 November at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
